Instead of storing water in a bulky boiler cylinder, it activates only when you turn on the tap, delivering instant hot water at your set temperature.
Will SinkLye work with low UK water pressure?

Yes. SinkLye is engineered to activate reliably from a low water pressure of just 0.1MPa (operating between 0.1 and 0.6MPa). This makes it ideal for older UK properties, loft conversions, garden studios, and gravity-fed supplies where traditional boilers struggle.
What electrical requirements are needed for UK installation?

SinkLye runs on standard UK 220V/50Hz mains power. Depending on your home's consumer unit and wiring capacity, it supports power configurations up to 5500W (with 3500W and 5500W rated options). We recommend installation by a qualified UK electrician.
How do I control and preset the water temperature?

The unit features an intuitive LED touch control screen. You can adjust the output temperature between 20°C and 55°C degree by degree, or use the one-click preset recall to access your favourite temperature immediately.
What safety protections are built into SinkLye?

SinkLye is equipped with comprehensive multi-layer safety features, including an intelligent Hall flow sensor that cuts heating instantly when water ceases, dry-burn prevention, external electrical leakage protection, and IPX4 splash proofing.
Can it be installed in tight cupboards or wall mounted?

Thanks to its ultra-compact dimensions of approx. 190mm in height and 75mm in diameter, SinkLye can easily be fitted underneath kitchen sinks, in cloakroom vanities, utility rooms, garden offices, or wall-mounted next to hand basins and showers.
What are your UK delivery options and guarantee?

We dispatch all orders via tracked UK courier delivery directly across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
